The 2m Olympic Technique Barbell is made for ladies or kids aiming on technique purposes. Excessive impact such as dropping from overhead could result in deformation as the barbells were made of aluminum ensuring that they are light enough for technique training. During your training sessions, please ensure that you do not exceed 150 pounds when loading the bar.
