Our price guarantee policy

We are committed to offering the best value fitness equipment products in New Zealand. If you see the same item advertised cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we will happily price match for you.

Simply send us a link or photo of the item or product advertisement.

Price matching is valid for in-stock items that are the same design model, weight, thickness and colour (although we are happy to offer an alternative colour option in most cases if desired.)

Price Guarantee Policy Terms

• Our best price guarantee does not apply to any clearance items,or items listed on online auction
• Any price match offer is valid for 48 hours only
• Price matched ordersmust be placed either online or in-store
• All price matches exclude freight costs

We reserve the right to reject a price match application

 

To ensure a fair shopping experience, we offer the following policy regarding price adjustments on discounted products:

Price Difference Refund Within 7 Days
 If a product you purchased drops in price on our store within 7 days of your order, you are eligible for a refund of the price difference.
 Please contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the lower price. Once verified, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Price Drops After 7 Days
 If the price drops after 7 days of your purchase, you may still request a return and repurchase the item at the lower price, under the following conditions:
 - The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging;
 - The customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs;
 - Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order at the current price.
