If you find the same item advertised at a lower price with a qualifying retailer, we are happy to consider a price match. Please provide a valid link or advertisement for verification.
Eligibility Criteria
Price match applies only when:
- The product is identical (model, specifications, size, and colour).
- The competitor is a New Zealand authorised or physical retailer.
- The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The price is a standard retail price (not promotional or limited-time offer).
Exclusions
Price match does not apply to:
- Marketplace or auction platforms.
- Online-only retailers (including but not limited to Mighty Ape).
- Clearance, liquidation, or flash sale pricing.
- Prices below normal retail level or below cost.
- Non-authorised sellers or grey imports.
- Prices that exclude shipping or include special conditions.
Additional Terms
- Price match requests must be made prior to purchase.
- Approved price matches are valid for 48 hours.
- Orders must be placed online or in-store.
- Shipping costs are excluded from price match.
- We reserve the right to decline any price match request.
Post-Purchase Price Adjustment

If the product price drops within 7 days of purchase, the difference can be refunded.
After 7 Days
Customers may return unopened items and repurchase at the new price (return shipping applies).
