Mini Bar: The technique bar, made of an Aluminium shaft is ideal for beginners or kids keen to get started on weightlifting. The 2.7kg overall weight diminishes the possibility of injury during practice. In the meantime, the knurling shaft and bushing design provide a similar sensation to an Olympic barbell.
