Build your leg training routine with the PowerFlex Leg Extension and Leg Curl Machine. Combining two exercises in one station, this plate-loaded leg machine lets you target your quadriceps with seated leg extensions and your hamstrings with seated leg curls. The padded seat and backrest provide support throughout your workout, while the side handles offer a secure place to hold during each repetition. Adjustable roller positions and multiple settings on the circular adjustment plates help you set up the machine for your chosen exercise. With its accessible weight-loading sleeve, you can adjust resistance by adding or removing compatible weight plates. The steel frame and wide base support the training station, bringing both movements together in one dedicated setup.

Before Use
Adjust the backrest, rollers and exercise settings before loading the machine. Ensure all adjustment pins and knobs are fully secured, and check that weight plates are held in place. Move adjustable components gently and maintain control throughout each repetition.
