Commercial Power Cage Description
Build a versatile strength training setup with the Multi-Function Power Cage Model X3. Combining barbell training, cable exercises, pull-ups and dips, this multi-function cage brings a variety of workout options into one station.
The height-adjustable cable pulleys let you change your pulling angle for exercises such as chest flies, bicep curls and triceps pushdowns. A plate-loaded weight carriage allows you to adjust cable resistance by adding or removing compatible weight plates.
The multi-grip pull-up bar provides different grip positions for back and upper-body training, while dip handles support chest and triceps exercises. Adjustable barbell J-hooks offer flexible bar positioning, and textured rowing footplates provide foot support during seated cable rows.

- Adjustable Cable Angles: Adapt pulley height to suit different exercises.
